The RSRA is used to determine the possibility of contamination to be present on the Property by identifying it as “low risk, “elevated risk” or “high risk.”
The report includes review of a database search of Federal, State and Local Tribal agencies and limited historical sources readily available for the Property and adjacent sites. These reports are prepared in accordance with the Small Business Administration (SBA) standards.
